What is the Digital Transition (DTV)?
As you may have heard, all full-power television stations will stop broadcasting in analog and switch over to all-digital transmissions at midnight on February 17, 2009, as required by federal law.

Wilmington, NC broadcasters will transition on September 8, 2008. If you live in the Wilmington area, learn more about the early transition.
