Yes, in nearly every case you will be able to keep your existing phone number and receive Digital Home Phone service from Time Warner Cable (there may be a one-time fee to port the number). This means that you will continue to receive calls from your family and friends without having to notify them of a new telephone number.  We do need to verify availability for each phone number.
