How do I enable Caller ID on PC?
Answer:
- Open and log in to AOL Instant Messenger® (AIM®).
If you don’t have AIM®, click here (http://www.aim.com) to download the free app and register for a free account. - Login to VoiceZone.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Caller ID on PC link in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Get Started button.
- Type your AIM Screen Name in the blank field then click Continue.
- You will receive an instant message from TWCCallerID with an activation code.
- Type the activation code into the Confirmation Code: field and click Continue to finish enabling Caller ID on PC.
