Answer:
Open and log in to AOL Instant Messenger® (AIM®).
If you don’t have AIM®, click here (
http://www.aim.com
) to download the free app and register for a free account.
Login to
VoiceZone
.
Select the
Settings
tab.
Select the
Caller ID on PC
link in the left-hand menu.
Click the
Get Started
button.
Type your
AIM Screen Name
in the blank field then click
Continue
.
You will receive an instant message from TWCCallerID with an activation code.
Type the activation code into the
Confirmation Code:
field and click
Continue
to finish enabling Caller ID on PC.
